来嘉兴出差选择了这家逸林，地理位置不错，就是办理入住的服务生会露出奇怪表情，而且给的房间与描述不符，让出差之行不太舒服。

五星级，设施好的，细节和服务不到位。缺点1，大堂电梯指示牌房号范围指示不清昕完整，害我反方向上下二层找不到，尤指二号楼指示牌。2，电梯内层示牌不够，左侧有右侧无，去了一层才发现不是大堂。3，泳池接待员指示不清，无询问告知必须泳帽进场。4，泳池内22号晚的救生员态度无礼貌，在说明前台无告知泳帽事项后，以责问方式问我：游泳都要带泳帽的呀。后抬头示意我用后面别人留下的泳帽，手指都不带指下亦无半个礼貌用语，让人极不舒服。5，前台退房流程不标准，当面结预授不给单子我也没发现是打印纸没了就当流程完毕，最严重的是我已离开上车后发现前台在拿我手机看开票后无归还我，回头问他想起什么漏给我没还一脸懵B，还我手机后居然没半字抱歉，我当场问他：我飞机走了才发现怎么办？也无半句回答。是个男生J英名开头的。下次不会住了，又偏服务又一般。枕头又扁，早上都塌了没抬到脖子很不舒服，摇控器要在半米距离内对电视机才能用，毛巾也不是那种很厚很软的种类。
