环境设施不错，硬件设施齐全，周围环境优美，有种室外桃园的感觉，但是服务态度不是很好，洗漱用品不齐，像牙刷，玉液没有，问要一样拿一下，服务员比较木讷，问要东西很不高兴。无奈！！！在公共汽车上 小学生给老人让座，很不错，尊老爱幼。希望酒店人员提高个人素质，像小学生们学习，这样才能给酒店带来更多的生意。 提议（每天给顾客打扫房间时要把东西检查齐全）

我11日入住的时候，三楼正在装修，所以价格很合适，房间面积超大，外面的会客室超大，头一次觉得标间是有些浪费了；早餐不错哦，真真老老地道的嘉兴粽子，很不错的。里面的设施有点旧了，装修以后下次去估计价格就上来了。
