入住时刷卡得知自助餐厅消费交行信用卡支付可以优惠。餐厅消费时并未被告知要立即结账才能享受优惠，餐厅服务不到位!前台杨冰冰帮助我和我的老外同事办理手续非常专业热情，不耐其烦，在此提出表扬!
相比较而言，酒店销售王芳给人的感觉非常不专业!就像和一个民工在沟通!由于我们公司经常有大量人员出差在此，因此我们公司想谈一个酒店长期协议。在和我电话沟通期间竟然转而去接听其他无关电话，并且逻辑混乱，语无伦次。真不明白，一个酒店专业水准竟然相差如此之大!
