携程入住当晚送了2瓶可乐，一张健身体验卡，还有第二天延迟到下午2点退房的待遇，满心欢喜想第二天午饭后还能上来休息会再退房，刚12点半，6楼的打扫阿姨就来敲门，我说我们延迟退房，她就一直抱怨3点下班要来不及了，弄得我们不好意思只能下去退房，非常差的体验……本来离景区近，周边吃的也多，打算好评的酒店……服务人员素质有待提高啊！对了，早餐不错，酒店A幢硬件设施还可以。

我住的是B楼，到了才知道是旧楼，空调异常响，发出巨大的轰鸣声，根本无法入睡，关掉太热，但也只能关掉将就着睡。空调关掉后，房间突然又发出异响，每隔3分钟就要轰鸣5分钟左右，叫了工程人员过来两次，也没找出原因。最后把房间配电箱里面的空开关掉两个按钮，终于不响了。分析认为是热水器老旧，每隔三分钟就要烧水，主机又设置在房间过道上。酒店性价比不高。
