管理相当混乱，退房时没有查房，半分钟完成，两天后悄悄多扣款，不带通知的那种，然后无端冤枉客人拿房间东西，相当无语和绝望。

代我爸妈预定的，这两天温度最高都近30度，结果结果房间没空调！酒店里的人还忽悠我爸妈说整个楼没开。又说是特价房原因。酒店房间空着，也不给老人家换房间，或者升级，给了把电风扇。我也真服了。我是直到退房接我爸妈回家发现这个问题，他们房间好热好闷！我爸妈好说话，被骗了。我重感冒自己预定一间在八楼，明明也特价房，我有空调！
