酒店位置不错，在商业中心，离南湖，月河不远。五芳斋总店也在附近。吃，玩比较方便。订精品大床房，网上看有窗，没想到窗开在走廊，外面是玻璃墙，既无光线又不通风。要求换到阳光房，房间小，设施旧。晚上在卫生间还发现一只一般在农田才有的爬行生物。让服务员来看，她说这东西不咬人，然后……更糟的是半夜二点多，走廊里传来房门开关的巨大响声和一男一女的吵闹声，持续一、二十分钟，也没人出面管。
结账时，总台装糊涂，不按换过的房型结账，指出后还辨说价位相同。我们指着墙上的价目表，明明少20元/间。最后才纠正过来。也不知这位服务器是故意装傻还是真不明白。
总之，入住时服务员能尽量满足客人换房要求，服务态度好。后面发生的事情明显暴露出管理漏洞，让人感觉不快。
