服务态度极差，不给放拖鞋，水。没有注意定的房间不含早餐，我们以为有就去吃了，服务员也不提醒，到最后给我们一起要账，一位28，而且最垃圾的是天天都是一样的早餐，从来没有一点花样。

酒店还是不错的，但是一看是网站买的态度不好，写了1.8米床给1.5的，我问了一下，他说你不就是要换嘛，同意你换，然后一定要换靠马路的房间，还说网站又没有讲不能给不靠马路的房间。另外商务出差的话他们不肯开发票。只有一个清单。
