酒店打扫卫生的阿姨，态度口气不好，都想投诉她，没有服务意识，酒店很扣门连基本的矿泉水还收费，一般都是赠送两瓶，酒店毛巾本来就不干净，毛巾掉地上踩到了，打扫阿姨尽然说要赔偿，后面一番前台沟通说赔了毛巾钱，关键是毛巾没坏没破，就是在卫生间踩脏了，其实就是酒店想收钱，那毛巾说洗起来麻烦，其实我几秒钟就可以洗的干干净净，拿这事情，分明是欺客。谁让人家酒店靠月河街不缺客人呢，就是拽，毛巾就算我在星级酒店，拿来擦鞋灰只要不破都不会有赔偿。 这就是酒店服务意识差，完全给差评。问题酒店。扫兴。
