前台接待服务态度有待提高，房间设施陈旧，订的商务标准间的冰箱无法制冷，老人的药无法储存只能退订。

最然是挂牌三星，但真的是爷爷级的，太老太旧了，好在价格实惠，房间床铺卫生还不错，设施虽旧，但还都没啥毛病，花洒水很大。楼下还有个大停车场，停车比较方便。早餐花样虽不算太多，但是口味还不错。距离火车站很近，周边是海宁繁华地段，购物逛街吃饭都很方便的。如果对硬件设施不是特别在意，可以考虑这家。旁边有家汉庭，顺便打了个电话问过价，88折，263/晚，我也是醉了，一个商务连锁居然当自己是星级酒店了。

酒店就在火车站旁边，很方便。酒店服务也不错，尤其是很贴心的送上一份小礼物，很温馨。酒店设施有些老，但还算干净。
