大年初三入住的酒店，初五离店。初三中午到达酒店，从上海开过来大概1个半小时，路上不堵车，很方便。这里地下停车库有人管理，安排了个车位，地下车库直达电梯到酒店大堂，大堂里人有点多，3个工作人员在办理入住或退房，也有人在排队，我排了大概10分钟，轮到我办理入住，我们总共订了5间商务大床房，连住2天，第一天在驴妈妈订的酒店加西塘门票套餐661元一间，第二天在艺龙订的房间，618元一间。我们其中有一间房大概到3点多才给我们房间，有点晚哦，不太好。5间房安排了3间3楼和2间4楼。房间设施感觉有点旧。卫生间的洗澡水蛮大的，这点满意的。酒店自助晚餐不怎么样，不推荐。酒店自助早餐还可以，早7点到10点，连续2天都9点多到，人满多的，基本坐满。由于过年期间酒店附近的饭店开的并不多，很多都关门，我们第一天午饭在酒店斜对过的饭店解决，一般般，第一天晚饭是酒店自助晚餐。第二天午饭在酒店斜对过的面店吃的，晚饭在西塘吃的。

酒店自助晚餐的品种有点少，泳池的更衣室可以改善一下更衣条件，别的都非常舒适

春节时入住，酒店前台服务很好，房间也大，特别是小桶方便面赠送，虽没多少钱，但给客人体会高星级的差异，不过赠的咖啡属广东产品，另其中一个水杯可能有咖啡渍没洗净不敢用。卫生间干湿分开，水够大，用品一般化。位置进出方便，性价比高。
