非常不愉快的入住体验！华美达虽然没有评星但是怎么也是5星或者至少4星标准吧，但是服务还没有如家、汉庭一类快捷酒店好。问题如下：
1、酒店房间体重秤是坏的，不能用
2，酒店房间热水壶是坏的，烧水不能自动断电，倒水时水很容易洒出来、烫伤手
3，健身房服务员玩忽职守，到了后不见人，走到柜台发现躲在里面玩手机；
4，健身房跑完步发现已经将水壶的水清掉了，虽然快到健身房关门时间，但是人还没走，先把水壶清了？
5，健身房跑完步离开，准备还毛巾时，柜台服务员看到后，冷冰冰说了一句“毛巾拿给我！”，态度相当不友善
6，离开酒店时有点小矛盾，前台人员和大堂吧服务员态度差，不积极处理问题，虽然没有直接说，但是给人的感觉就是以一种“我们就是这个规定”，“你自己的问题”，“我们不管”。在吵了几句后问题给解决了，但是非常不爽！
