还不错的酒店，床单很干净，卫生间显得简单了些。这个天气，房间蚊子比较多，酒店服务很好，提供电蚊香片和电蚊拍。店主出来接我们进的西塘，买了打折的门票。总体好评！

因为酒店的失误导致我们的房间没有了 ，并且是当天到店才告诉我们，当时已经晚上八点，我提前半个月联系店里改的入住时间，我到了西塘和我说只剩一间1000多的房间 ，让我们加价！当初我打电话的时候为什么不说！ 现在凭空让我们加钱！当初打了一个电话后 店员又给我回了一个 电话说已经确定好了，改好了！ 我们到店后 没房间不应该是你们酒店承担所有？ 凭什么你们的失误要我们承担！退回了钱让我们重新找酒店 ！大哥！ 端午节诶！ 现在定哪家不涨到飞起！ 就您家，您也长啊 ！可我们当时定的时候加钱也不是这样啊 ！最后是店员在隔壁酒店重新帮我们联系了一间虽说价格谈便宜一些，但我们还是加钱入住的，截图两张电话 我也不知道 你们手机是个人手机还是啥！ 和我说是店员失误已经离职， 可我昨天接到的电话还是这个电话！

小院很好，文艺范，睡的很安逸。老板是个很友善的人，有文化底蕴，其实做导游也很适合：）值得一提的是我的手机、钱包都忘在了吧台，老板接了电话给我们送出来，必须赞一个。若有机会下次见，祝顺。
