这是有史以来最差的入住体验，没有之一。车到门口，没有门童，我着急忙慌还没来得及搬行李，先给宝宝安全椅上解放下来。就听得旁边一个中老年保安跟我说不能停车。也没人跟我讲停哪里，车库在哪。办理入住，妻忘带身份证，驾照也没带，但是手机里有身份证照片，和我户口本地址都是一样的，但前台坚持要去派出所办个入住证明。好吧，这些都不计较了。第二天的早餐就简直是噩梦了。八点半到餐厅，等了很久没位子。好不容易坐下来，去拿餐。L型吧台上，热菜区大概四五个盘子，居然一丁点都不剩。本就品种少的可怜，比起嘉兴其他同档次酒店，希尔顿逸林，豪仕登，阳光，一半都不到吧。妻兜了两圈，就端着一碗豆腐花回来了，没有酱油，连调羹都没有。看着煎蛋的阿姨前面挤着七八个人，我终于放弃了能要到一个荷包蛋的奢望，终于忍无可忍，我带着儿子去隔壁超市的肯德基喝碗粥了……你或许说五一人多，难道你不知道入住率高吗。后来居然听说还有外面团购进来的？真是闻所未闻!!就算你的餐饮和酒店是两家，但首先要照顾到住客吧，这样的酒店还会有回头客吗？

说实话这个酒店让我很失望，大堂布局特别混乱，像走迷宫，停车券也不主动给， 房间用的那些浴巾之类质量实在跟不上，服务品质绝对有待提高，也没有欢迎水果等
