没门票酒店就不能入住，客服和对接人的服务质量有待加强，酒店前台服务态度真的非常不好，我付过酒店钱了，有问题应该让平台解决问题，而不是让我和老人孩子在大雨里徘徊等待3小时以上，这次体验后基本不会再用这个平台了……
