首先说酒店：我们两家大人孩子半夜11点半到酒店，却因为其中一人身份证件没带而不让入住。拿来驾驶证后还必须要背出自己身份证号码。不否认这可能是酒店或者其他的规定，但是还是建议在这样的情况下，先办理有证件的人及孩子入住。这样的服务意识和异常处理过程中的方式方法带给顾客最强烈的感受。
其次就是艺龙，酒店已经同意退单，但是平台却不同意退。建议大家使用预订APP时擦亮眼睛，因为有的APP看着便宜一些，但是如果有异常，你会亏死的！

酒店设施比较老 马桶也是坏的 空调声音很大 让人来修了才稍微好点 重点是隔音特别差 我是第二天考试才选的这家酒店 结果都没有休息好，不太满意的一次住宿
