服务前台与1楼餐饮好像沟通不畅，在1楼吃饭消费的时候金额较少的好像1楼餐饮收银员很不乐意也不愿意挂账到消费客人的房间去。另外最不方便的就是房间没有无线网，借个路由器（一个路由器也就100元）还得给200元钱给楼房部的服务人员做抵押，就纳闷了在前台入住登记的时候就已经交够了押金（入住房间房价是165元，入住一天是押400元，两天则是押800元），借个路由器还要押金，路由器值多少钱，难道坏了或者不见了，客人就能跑了不成，前台不是有押金么。非常不解，感觉服务不够灵活。

房间没有无线网，现在很多酒店或者普通宾馆都有无线网，在前台问服务人员的时候房间怎么不安装无线网，服务人员则回答房间300-400元之间的才有无线网，你那100-200多元的房间没有，真让人哭笑不得，普通宾馆几十块的都安装了无线网。
