酒店门口一片狼藉，到了以有点不想进去的感觉。服务态度勉强。酒店内过道无空调，热！过道墙壁明显有脱落、破裂，感觉像危楼。进入房间，墙纸开裂脱落，电视机无遥控板，要手动开启（他们管理员给我开了半天才开起来，自己就放弃吧，别看电视了）。浴巾少一块，叫他们送一块来，送来说质问我怎么会只有一块，这不是我该质问的吗？酒店总共住了十来个人，还一个劲的来查房，不知道什么用心。

酒店门口环境请看图，一塌糊涂啊！进门也不见得很干净，而且服务态度像是她来住店，我去接待似的。酒店过道无空调，而且灯光昏暗，有些还是坏的。到了房间，一股浓烈的装修气味，不仅鼻子受不了，眼睛也受不了，开窗通风2小时，不见效果。还有一大早来敲门，说核对客人信息（g20的要求），怎么非要这个时间来呢，挑不是睡眠的时间不行吗？至于湖景，应该叫河景，一点人气没有

住过最烂最旧的酒店，没有之一！墙面烂到露洞，地板像水发的，空调声音吵死人！毛巾可以当抹布。
