一家三口十一从额济纳旗开车过来，准备去嘉峪关关城玩玩，停留一晚。选择这个宾馆就想洗个热水澡，舒舒服服睡一觉。却不想，晚上洗澡遇到停水和没热水，房间空调也没有热风，被冻的差点感冒。退房时宾馆给了合理解释，还送了月饼，总体好评推荐。因为出去玩，十二点没赶回来退房，酒店也OK，好评。

商务豪华大床房很不错，真干净整洁，位置好，对面走不远就是华联超市和一个商厦，还有一个夜市。旁边还有一个酒钢宾馆。那里的餐厅比这个餐厅做菜好吃。

晚上九点多到站，酒店给保留了房间，还帮我们联系出租车接我们。服务很到位。设施有些旧但干净利索。送点水果和小食品。
