房间打扫的很马虎，桌子上的烟灰打扫完之后还在桌子上，住了几天，每天都有服务员敲门着急打扫卫生，是不是看不到请勿打扰？服务意识亟待提高！

酒店设施不错，标准4星级，而且可能是嘉峪关唯一有泳池的酒店，不过游泳要另行收费，房费不包括，酒店住客有优惠，游泳人不少，早餐还可以，性价比和我们住的张掖温泉酒店一比的话就差点了，不过在嘉峪关还是数一数二的商务酒店。
