这个价格真的是超级棒了，毛巾床上用品很棒，柔弱透气。前台妹妹热情可爱，服务贴心，人nice 。房间可以看河景，最爱阳台，如果泡杯茶看书应该不错??这是目前我住过酒店阳台最大的一家。

服务态度极差，我网上预定的房子，到酒店办里手续入住时，我两个孩子，她们就要我登记两间房，说是她们的规定，不知道嘉峪关的明文规定和别的地方不一样吗，为什么我有去全季酒店就没有这样的规定，他们的酒店在郊区出门不放便，出门旅游的朋友慎重选择酒店

此次西北之行感觉唯一入坑的酒店，酒店比较新，周边环境也还好，比较偏，比较安静；
酒店服务真的太应付了；因抵达的时间比较晚，到了酒店后前台无人，又花了将近15分钟找前台的服务员；庭院中间的雕塑，在LED染色灯的渲染下，稍显阴森；
入住的房间有很大的异味，发现排风扇坏了，服务人员的答复竟是没有客人反应过....虽然答应给调换房间，但感觉调换房间位置稍偏就将就了一晚，总之服务不满意....
房间的设施还是很不错的，毕竟是新酒店，早餐简单，性价比不高.....慎重选择....

环境一流的酒店，河景房，夜景美。但位置有点偏，购物、吃饭会不太方便。酒店服务好，有车接送火车站，如不考虑逛街需求的话是超值之选。
