外观感觉非常上档次，高端大气上档次，进入房间后就感觉不那么乐观了，也许是太长时间了！好些设施已经老了。不过依然舒适。服务依然很好！总体感觉不错！如果陈旧的设施再能换换就更完美了！！

酒店比较老，很有历史感，空调不好用，还给拿来电暖器，并还给叫出租车，就是出租车司机要价太高，从火车站到宾馆的距离竟要价30元是打表价格的5倍。真是质疑，嘉峪关人的赚钱方式。
