29号中午办理入住，被告知满房，感觉不爽，艺龙网站上午10点给打电话问我确定时间到达，已经明确说中午到，等到酒店前台才说满房？ 所以你们不会用电话提前告诉客人满房了？艺龙网站单方面确认，酒店却没有确认，这是为什么？哪个环节出了问题？前台给我安排了另外一家酒店，嘉旅，设施，面积，都比这家小，唯独安排了早餐，两碗牛肉面，好在我不想多麻烦，毕竟出来旅游，心态要好，也就住一晚，不讲究那么多了，反正从酒店和艺龙两方面来说，这次预定负分，最基本的沟通都没有，工作实在不妥当，希望你们不要再犯错误。
