酒店位置便利，在环城路边上出行方便，在网上订房间时是有窗户的，结果到了是楼内窗户，在楼道里很噪影响休息 ，找前台要求加价调换一间给老人住，前台不予理睬 ，服务态度一点都不好，以后不会去了。

酒店干净卫生，停车吃饭都很方便。值得一提的是他们超捧的服务质量，有位姓向（不知是否准确）的服务员主动用微信把我已忘掉的压金转给了我，而我当时已车至武威！在此，我想向她表达深深的谢意！並希望酒店的领导好好表扬一下她！谢谢你们了！
