首先，服务人员态度恶劣，客房门那么大门缝我也就忍了，结果门打不开找前台，找了三次，服务员居然说“你会不会开门！”，费话，你家门这么奇葩我这个正常人当然打不开了！
本来去的时候就是高温天，结果空调还**只能制热，是有多坑啊！
再有wifi，说什么客满才上不去，我也是从事宾馆行业的，你说我也得信啊！把头房间想就知道怎么回事，为了省钱呗。
因为是艺龙不给退房。
总之不推荐！

服务员的态度很好，十分周到，告诉到关城景区咋做公交车，小吃一条街，吃完散步的地方，真是不错。应该点赞。

挺好找的，离大唐美食城也比较近。环境较好，但是房间设施比较陈旧。早上消防队晨练还是什么，太吵，没休息好。其他都满意。
