离市中心雄关广场不远，有停车场停车方便。房间设施卫生一般，在旅游旺季性价比还可以。前台人偏少，办理入住慢，订单不熟悉，先拿错了房间后来调整了，又把预付费订单重收一遍房费。不过遗忘在房间的东西帮忙找回了还不错。

在嘉峪關很多酒店不接待持台胞證入住的客人，此間酒店算接待台灣客人的酒店中價格較親民的一間。整體來說不錯，服務人員很親切。就是浴室很小，房內電話也壞了，半夜不知為何一直響，需要修理。附近小吃店很多，很方便。不過離火車站有點遠，下公交後還要走一段路。
