在艺龙上下了单到前台却说找不到订单，遇到入住的问题不是给我们首先解决，却给后来的客人先办理入住，已经是凌晨1点多了，非常不愉快！订单是连住2晚，在入住的次日中午就打电话过来说是要退房还是续住，前台服务要加强，不过酒店的总体环境、地理位置还是不错，4星推荐。
