1.房间里电话不知道怎么拨打前台电话，没有提示；2.空调怎么调，没有指示；
3.设施老旧，卫生一般；
4.每次从前台去C栋的路上，厨房排烟扇的水淋我一身，反应给前台，没人解决；
5.晚退房半个小时，就要扣我钱，出差这么多年，第一次见。这是来揭阳第一次住，也是最后一次。

酒店客房的设施还是不错的，符合三星级的标准吧。也算干净整洁，200多一晚也不能要求太高了。但是酒店餐厅比较坑人，食物都发臭了还端上来，卖的新奇士汽水都是冒牌货，酒店经理还不肯承认。
