离开酒店忘记一条运动裤没有收，当天晚上给酒店打电话咨询，说要等第二天早上上班才知道。第二天早上给酒店前台打电话问，叫我自己去酒店拿，我说我不在揭阳。我叫他帮忙寄快递，到付。他说不可以。那我说我自己叫快递上门收件。问他裤子帮我放前台。他又说要等下午15点去巡房的时候才知道。下午打电话给酒店就直接说没有看到裤子了。真的很无语。我明明就把裤子挂在房间。服务真的不好。虽然遗忘东西，我自己有责任。但这服务......一直推。嫌麻烦就说没有。
