设施陈旧，电视机还是显像管的，没有网络电视，也没有WiFi.是一个让你来了再也不想来的地方！所谓的森林就是一些三十公分的树木，其余的都是茶树

酒店位于大山里，要开十多公里山路，对于自驾游来说算方便；酒店设施齐全、卫生整治；服务态度好；我们一家人星期六从揭阳市区出发参观知青楼并在知青楼吃晚饭，价格适中，（听说跟酒店是同一家人开的）因为不是旅游旺季，所以入住的客人不多，不吵杂，早餐在酒店吃，感觉很好，饭后我们到附近的龙潭瀑布游；总的来说：这次旅行感觉良好、满意，艺龙订房很快，以后出门还用艺龙APP订房。
