出差来吉林，第一次住华美达的酒店，感觉还不错，从办理入住到客房，还有第二天吃早餐服务员都会打招呼，很有礼貌，早餐让我惊艳了，挺丰富的，物有所值，以后还会来。

非常赞！前台有卖文创，很漂亮，省去了单独购物的时间；还赠送洗浴门票，三楼相当于包场。早餐相当丰富，客房服务非常用心，看到爱喝咖啡，刻意多留了几包咖啡，还贴心地留了纸条。

説下好的地方，就是服务人员的态度和热情，尤其是楼层保洁人员很好。
早餐也不错。
但作为一个出差的人，当一觉醒来发现有这么个虫子，尤其是我这种对多足昆虫完全恶心的人，真的是晴天霹雳！也同时到前台告知这个情况并处理掉。当退房的时候这件事就像没发生一样，没所有人忽略了，问都没人问一下让我很是失望。作为一个老酒店被温德姆收了，不应该是只挂了牌子，大酒店集团的责任感也还是要传递给当地团队的。

套房布置很温馨，床舒服，客户足够大，下次还会来住！
唯一不足的是热水器是电的，需要自己烧，烧不够水洗到一半就没了，在大冬天非常悲剧。
