艺龙网明显指出315元的房间是大/双床，我理解为可以选择大床和双床有错误吗？想更换双床房前台告诉我这个价位的房间只有大床，没有双床，那么艺龙的大/双床是什么意思，艺龙网站和酒店确认有误就由客人承担吗？提出疑义后，前台“冰”字服务员还有些不耐烦的态度，我认为如此冷淡及消极态度我很不接受。最终我还是妥协，安排司机去其他酒店住的。下次出行吉林坚决不会入住这家酒店。没有一丝丝热情服务，积极协助客人解决问题的感觉。
