出差临时调整没有入住，忘了退房，从昨天到明天连定两天，现在申请退款，只退今天还没入住的，昨天的一分不退。作为酒店方没有提供服务，没吃你早餐，没让你打扫房间，是不是可以酌情退部分房费？而且昨晚如果电话通知，一切都可以解决的更好不是吗
