酒店环境很好！安静舒适，前台服务人员张兰星服务态度非常好，很热情，酒店设施也不错，不过遗憾的电视不能投屏！希望能改够进就更完美了！

酒店干净大气，前台工作人员热情周到，给免费升级为高级双床房，每天打扫卫生，房间也够大，很满意。早餐餐品丰富，中西餐都有，味道也好，自己可以随心选择。吃完早餐，还送了小礼物。工作人员专业又热情，因为下雪，还在门口铺了防滑垫，贴心。推荐入住。

酒店很不错哦！服务还好吧，酒店的早餐非常的丰盛哦，很不错！正好这次遇到家人身体不舒服😔，餐厅的领班美女，朱女士很周到，耐心热情，让在外乡的我感到了家的温馨！好评！但是喝瓶装水要要打电话才给，星级酒店里小香皂不是标配吗？房间里没有，但是提出后服务员很热情的满足了，总体来说服务一流，有待提高哦！前台的李雪晶，餐厅的朱经理很不错哦，重点表扬！

酒店很不错哦，房间略显小，设施还好，服务一流，房间里没有小香皂，需要要求才提供！这种档次的酒店是第一次遇到，有点尴尬😓！重点表扬前台的美女，李雪晶，温婉可人，善解人意！
