很棒的入住体验，房间很干净很大，出门就是雪场，还有免费的雪柜和雪具租赁，除了吃饭基本没有其他需要付费的，唯一就是前台可能是实习生，业务不熟，需要加强培训

酒店位置，环境，设施都很好，但是有几点我不是很满意，他们的入住系统不知道什么问题办理入住特别麻烦，等了二十多分钟。退房时候明明把卡交到前台了，还给我打了两个电话要房卡。希望这方面提高洗一下
