公寓很好，也干净，浴室下水道偶尔会出几个特小的飞虫，这也正常。水质很差，烧的水都是飘着的白色水垢，当然也可以不喝烧的水。离便利店不远不近吧，要走10多分钟，总体来说还是很好的。
