酒店某些服务员态度不好，网上付款的295一晚的豪华观景标间，退房时要求再另外加钱，说这个价格只是普通型的，网上的不真实！也是醉了！豪华观景标间根本不值295，看不到大明湖不说，里面的设施也是够简陋的，更别提舒服度了，差劲！
