设施陈旧，卫生差，尤其女服务员态度蛮狠，网上预定了到店以后因开学人多不给办理入住，毫无信誉可言，尤其9月13日上午8点总台值班的服务员和顾客吵架，影响酒店形象，向艺龙网客服投诉无果，以后再不来住了，大家以后不要再上当。

设施陈旧，隔音效果差，重点是只有三楼、四楼、五楼是殡馆，三楼是6人间，四楼是标准间，五楼是宿舍！！！！上面还有工作室。晚上10点一宿舍孩子们才开始洗刷，折腾啊！！！关键晚上有人开始搬床？？！！！！对是搬床！！！！为了早起晚9点开始睡，就被楼上各种折腾直到晚11点。更重点是酒店有个所谓女经理，态度那个强横啊，我嫌吵，人家经理问我是来找事的还是来住店的！！！！还有重点！！！！！！！！！！亲们，这个酒店的楼层服务员是个老头，长相阴森！！！注意是阴森，像个守陵人！！绝不夸张。 总之是各种郁闷，各种不值，各种恐怖！！！！！
