服务质量差，夜班前台让补录入住信息 抱怨了一句为什么白班不一起录入 女前台反问 你看见我白班在这吗。
多收了30元 没有任何说明。回来想想是不是给了2张早餐劵（用了一张 早餐很简单）。

酒店地理位置非常好，离大明湖西南门几步的路，离趵突泉，五龙潭走着十多分钟。服务非常好，有大桶的免费饮用水，前台很热情，就是有一点点不隔音！
