入住转天从早上不到八点就停水停电，一直在屋里困到十一点都没人理，下楼找前台客服说让用瓶装矿泉水洗澡，我们想退款就不给退，给店长打电话，店长竟然骂街还说要辞职不干了……看评论停水停电还不是只发生过这一次。客观来讲，环境和卫生还不错，但是服务和设施真么什么可说的！再也不会去了！
