房间挺好的，就是苍蝇多了点，服务挺好的，就是晚上其他服务部门下班挺早的，早餐挺好的，就是我们去的晚点没啥东西了，整体挺好，下次去希望不会有这么多苍蝇就完美了

在钢城算是不错的酒店了。优点就是房间比较大，比较新。缺点就是卫生差，房间里的蚊虫非常多。服务方面跟正经的酒店还有差距，工作人员完全没有服务意识，缺乏培训。早上八点多去吃早餐，可以说是一片狼藉，餐桌上堆满了脏盘子和垃圾，根本没人管，取餐的时候发现就剩下点咸菜和花卷，其余都空着也没人补餐。跟服务员好说歹说才用白水煮了点挂面。退房的时候非说我们消费了一瓶雪碧，我说我们一家人都不喝碳酸饮料，肯定没动！结果耗了我们半个小时，之后说在桌子底下找到了，然后才放我们走。

入住小镇三合院，很有特色，房间格句、小院设计都不错，就是旁边工地夜间施工，噪音大，打破了夜晚的宁静，略微有点不爽，其他都还不错。

这次我们一家人入住棋山温泉度假酒店，定了三个房间，房间设施好棒有四星级酒店标准，卫生特别棒，前台接待很热情服务态度特别好，早上早餐干净卫生。
