网上预订，按排到电梯口，严重与网上订的高级大床不相符，欺骗消费者。
原来对四季酒店很满意的，这次我觉得很差，感觉有点欺负顾客，你有网上订房，为什么不按网上房间安排呢？感觉不解。我也特意问，你们的高级大床就这样吗？他说都这样。我没说什么，本来就很累了，网上订房难道还特殊对待吗？企业要讲诚信，特别是服务业。

看到我们带来孩子，大床房给我们免费升级了大一点的房间。房间阳台设计很好，像单人榻榻米，比榻榻米高一些，晚上直接可以睡人，老人软床睡不舒服，飘窗位置刚好。房间窗户开不大，稍微有些热。大厅有休息的地方，沙发、咖啡、茶、电脑，等火车的时候，先把房退了，在大厅休息了一会，很舒适。
酒店的位置真的很赞，距离趵突泉、芙蓉街、泉城广场、大明湖都近，全程步行就好。
旁边恒隆广场吃的特别多～推荐新草堂。南城往事不要去…难吃还坑…跑偏了…
酒店服务人员很好，很亲和，没有姨母笑，帮忙寄存行李～
