整体感觉还是不错的，这已经是第三次入住鸿腾了。服务质量也不错，尤其是早餐，很丰盛的。美中不足的是，隔音效果差点，早晨5点就被吵醒了。

鸿腾酒店人员服务态度很好。美中不足之处：孩子因考试在该酒店入住，房间被安排四楼最东头一间。没想到该房间外墙有一巨大空调外机，震得床都在动，和服务台人员反映，说是别家饭店的，服务员也未提出解决措施。无奈居住其中，“轰隆隆”响彻了一晚，严重影响了睡眠，影响了孩子考试。以后再订酒店时，切记一定先看好是否还存在这种现象，再确定是否入住。
