房间信号不好，WiFi非常不稳定，严重影响了我上网办公！卫生还可以，装修有年头了，维护保养的不好，早餐可以，地理位置可以，徒步济南站30分钟左右。出差来济南多次，第一次来这里，中规中矩的体验八吧。

现在深夜十一点正在房间发着烧发这条评论，突然受凉，感冒发烧难受，外卖了盒退烧药，太晚了配送了半个多小时，小哥到楼下了上不来，太难受了，浑身跟散架一样，给总台打电话，想让总台送上来，结果总台说没法送，我说让外卖小哥送上来，总台让我等十五分钟，很是无语，经常来济南，每次都入住东方大厦，因为服务员都很好，感觉像家人，但是这次我必须提提意见，难道贵酒店只是培训楼层服务员，不培训总台吗，总台代表整个酒店的形象，总台应该起到让顾客感到宾至如归的模范带头作用，而不是说，前台就俩人，没法给你送上去这样的敷衍，一家企业如果不能有良好的自我体制，就很难长远下去，望自省，祝健康发展
