订了个电影房，结果是个套间，里面只有一张床，啥也没有，然后跟别人共用一个卫生间，我跟闺蜜住一个房间，另外一个房间是个男人，一点都不安全。最重要的是，房间里，没有灯！！！？？？给前台的人打电话问，态度特别不好，很不耐烦，说“本来就是没有灯啊，你们入住之前也没问”，请问谁会知道宾馆里的房间竟然没有灯？谁会问这个？没灯就没灯吧，问前台要一个手电筒或者小台灯也行，也没有。入住体验特别差！
