酒店很气派，入口和大堂，门口的小伙很有礼貌，主动帮忙
提拉行李，前台服务也很标准，前厅田田服务相当热情，微笑式服务标准，提前开票，退房很快捷。一切很标准化！

首先说一下服务人员田田的素质都不错，彬彬有礼，酒店很新，和我朋友在包房用的晚餐，菜品很多，浙菜鲁菜都有，饭菜精致可口，最大特色就是“多元化”，风格多样依然能感受到地方特色，赞一个！

早餐特别丰富，餐厅服务也特别好，，房间比较整洁，所有硬件都是新新的，每个环节的服务人员都表现出了相当高的职业素养，尤其前台服务田田，茶水香巾上的很及时，真的很不错。

酒店位置交通方便，周边美食多多。室内环境非常不错，前台**田田服务很贴心，非常用心的关怀，前台知道我喜欢向阳的房间，每次都会给我提前安排好房间，感到很温馨。

很不错的酒店，服务超级棒！入住时前厅的*田田*带领我们看的房间，详细介绍了房间设施设备，看我有点咳嗽入住后第一时间通知客房大姐给我送的菊花茶和水果，服务员都特别有礼貌，希望铂尔会一直这样坚持下去！
