酒店环境很干净，大堂很气派，设备也很齐全，距离动物园特别近，而且酒店就坐落在服装城，停车特别方便，地上及地下三层都是停车场，酒店前台服务相当周到，看我带了小宝宝主动给我加的婴儿床。前台给安排了可以看到动物园和摩天轮的房间，夜景特别棒。离火车站和客运站都很近，出门打车也很方便。来济南，首选铂尔

酒店位置离火车站动物园都非常方便，而且一进到酒店的大堂就有人帮忙拿行李，很热情，因为我们是一家人出行，也没告知前台帮忙安排在同一楼层，小范和小双主动给我们安排了一个楼层而且还是挨着的，特别感谢，替我们省了非常多的麻烦，

整体硬件还可以，服务细节实在不敢恭维，没有任何对住客的标准统一称呼，入住时扫了n遍头像，28楼，超过450元的价格居然小的没有15平米，外面一直有机器的声音，不敢开窗，房间里没有放矿泉水，打电话要，还是个小伙子送来，从头到尾没一句话，结账离店的时候又开错发票。真是再也不会来住的酒店。
