前台办事太马虎，我定了两天，结果住了一天，前台打电话问我还住不住？并且订单就显示已经退房了，返现只反现一天，前台还说和他们没关系，只好先退房又从新在网上下单，这样给顾客带来太多的麻烦，真的应该整顿一下了，要不是有东西寄到本酒店，今天就退房了，真的太不满意了！
