当天离开酒店因为很急，否则我不会那么容易离开的，这家酒店的服务员真是太差了，我住过很多酒店没有见过这么雷人的事情。结账时服务员给总台打电话说我把毛巾搞脏了，让我上楼洗干净了才能结账离开。说什么是小孩子喝的药水，我根本就没有带小孩住，也根本没有喝什么药水，我真是气死了，三个服务员站在我身边看我洗毛巾，我打了点肥皂轻轻就洗掉了，这家酒店太侮辱人格了，希望大家以后别去住，设施又老又旧。卫生间太差了。

酒店的设施比较旧,可能跟现在的新兴连锁酒店无法比, 水龙头的出水比较小, 而且上网还要设置IP的. 位置就要赞一下, 就在万达广场的斜对面, 路口往左往右去大明湖和趵突泉都很近. 酒店服务员的态度都很好, 就是早餐比较简单了.

该酒店最好的是:地处市中心\房间超大\标间双床超大\距离趵突泉很近.不足处:设施老些,但价格有优势.值得一住
