反正耽误我上车了，下一班得等3小时，那就多说说吧: 浴池非常漂亮，里面的服务生打扫得勤快又干净!房间大，免费饮食也还不错。但最大弊病是前台那服务，退房前台那女的耽搁我半天，害我车都没赶上！1、我入住时就明确了是艺龙订房，退房时却收468，我说艺龙订的388, 她说没有打出单子，我说那我投诉，刚拿出手机她就说有单子了，找到打印单了，晕。2、打印发票。我需专票，她说只有普票，我们打印普票需开具小规模纳税人证明，给她U盘她说没法打印，我只有找出以前打印好的让盖章，前台没章另一男生送去楼上盖章，却被告之让前台为我打印专票，前台这小女生，明明可开专票偷懒不给开，我问她几遍还一脸不赖烦!退个房耽搁近1小时，车都没赶上。另外:wifi太差根本联不上;马桶是坏的;入住时给信用卡不给刷授权，中途出门时又叽歪，我当时空手没带钱包，楼上楼下跑几趟~
总之，硬件挺高大上个地儿，住房服务让人大跌眼镜!差评!望改进!

早上退房赶时间，查房查了10分钟，而且还加收30块钱旅游鞋保养钱...我都晕了...第一根本没有保养，第二我也没要求保养。不过调查核实以后钱退回来了。希望酒店以后不要做这种坑顾客的事
