前台态度极其恶劣的告知标间不允许住三个人，并要求加钱升成家庭房，退房时两个前台光顾着聊天，工作效率及其低下，房间里面一股臭味，纱窗也是坏的，wifi信号弱，根本不能用，房间临街晚上特别吵
